The Saleshandy ecosystem includes a web application, Chrome extension, and deep integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zapier. These tools enable sales professionals, SDRs, and revenue teams to execute high-volume outreach while maintaining deliverability and personalisation at scale.

Our engagement
QAble was brought in to design and implement a comprehensive automation testing strategy for Saleshandy's web application and API layer, as well as to continuously optimise their QA process. Our primary goal was to help Saleshandy release their complex SaaS product more frequently and with greater confidence, while freeing the development team to focus on feature velocity.
By building and deploying the automated test infrastructure, QAble significantly transformed the QA process. Smoke testing time was reduced from 10 days to just 4 hours. Regression testing — which previously consumed 3 weeks of manual effort — now runs in a single day. The current test suite consists of over 2,800 automated scripts covering all 14 third-party integrations and 4 major browsers.
Our testing solution employs a data-driven methodology, emphasising maintainability and scalability. This approach makes it straightforward for all team members to understand test logic, select targeted test suites, and run them according to release requirements — whether for a hotfix or a major feature launch.
